Lorenzo Salcedo is the founder and lead builder of LRZ Construction, a hands-on, highly skilled carpenter with years of experience delivering quality workmanship across the Sunshine Coast. Lorenzo doesn’t just manage projects; he works side by side with the team, ensuring each build meets the highest standards.
From renovations to extensions, Lorenzo’s focus is always on precision, reliability, and a respectful, collaborative experience for clients. His ability to communicate clearly and deliver on his promises makes him a builder you can genuinely trust.
Behind the Scenes with Alice Acosta
Behind every successful build, there’s structure and strategy, and that’s where Alice Acosta comes in.
As our Office and Marketing Manager, Alice handles:
- Client support and ongoing communication
- Marketing and branding for LRZ Construction
- Project management support, ensuring smooth coordination across the board
- Documentation assistance, including council forms and residential requirements
Alice is also currently studying Residential Drafting at TAFE, which adds even more value to the team. Her growing expertise helps streamline planning, approvals, and pre-construction paperwork, freeing up Lorenzo to stay focused on-site.
Together, they form a balanced duo: Lorenzo builds, Alice supports.
